Join Rev. Paul Sanders, a Uniting Church minister and Zen teacher in the Diamond Sangha, for a day of contemplative practice based on the theme ‘Bringing Out the Treasures from the Storehouse’.

With extensive training and many years supporting people following a contemplative path, Paul will guide you through periods of silent seated meditation, personal meetings, and encouraging talks, all within a minimal ritual setting. A shared lunch with quiet conversation is an important part of the day (please bring something to share).

This event is for anyone wanting to explore Christian Zen, and who might like to connect with a regular sitting group.
