DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, you will have the opportunity to discover the Enneagram of Personality as a resource for greater self-awareness\, freedom of choice and inner growth. \nWe will explore the nine personality points and the different ways each can shape how we see ourselves\, others and the world. \nAs you become familiar with the Enneagram\, you can begin to recognise your own patterns — habitual ways of seeing\, feeling and responding. \nThrough reflection and enquiry\, we will consider what lies beneath these patterns\, and how greater awareness can create space for new possibilities and more freedom of choice. \nNo prior knowledge of the Enneagram is required. Paul Sanders\, a Uniting Church minister and Zen teacher in the Diamond Sangha\, for a day of contemplative practice based on the theme ‘Bringing Out the Treasures from the Storehouse’. \nWith extensive training and many years supporting people following a contemplative path\, Paul will guide you through periods of silent seated meditation\, personal meetings\, and encouraging talks\, all within a minimal ritual setting.
